The Opportunity This role is responsible for supporting continuous improvement within the Financial Crimes organization, with a primary focus on process mapping and user acceptance testing. The Process Mapping and Testing analyst will help ensure process and workflow changes are thoroughly assessed, clearly documented, and effectively tested prior to implementation. This role plays an important part in improving the associate and customer experience by identifying operational risks and inefficiencies, documenting process flows, writing test scripts, performing testing, and supporting successful change execution. The Work Itself Create, update, and maintain process maps for financial crimes processes including current and future state processes Document process steps, decision points, handoffs, controls, and operational impacts related to system and workflow changes Perform user acceptance testing for enhancements, releases, and other changes affecting financial crimes operations Document and execute test scenarios, document results, identify issues, and track defects through resolution Partner with project, process, and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical testing scenarios and workflow documentation Review changes for impacts to associate and customer experience, operational execution, and customer outcomes Provide clear and organized documentation of testing results, process changes, observations, and recommendations Support implementation and release activities, including change communications and post-deployment validation as needed Assist with tracking action items, maintaining documentation, and supporting project readiness activities The Qualifications We’re Looking For Experience with MS Planner/Project and the MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)) Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, or procedure documentation Experience supporting user acceptance testing, business testing, or other operational validation activities Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with a sense of urgency Ability to collaborate effectively across business, project, and operations teams Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Operations experience, preferably in fraud operations, financial services, or a related environment Minimum Qualifications 0+ years of experience High school Diploma or GED equivalent How We'll Have Your Back Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
