The Cloud Infrastructure team enables Apple’s apps and services, and we do it on a massive scale, to hundreds of millions of customers in over 35 languages to more than 150 countries. Our Engineering Program Managers partner with engineers who build secure, end-to-end solutions. Thanks to Apple’s unique integration of hardware, software, and services, engineers and Program Managers work together to build a single unified vision. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of engineering program managers in the cloud infrastructure domain, specifically observability and cloud storage focus areas. Strong background in software delivery, and services infrastructure engineering Proficient in software development processes (SDLC), and comfortable with various project management methodologies Experience with risk analysis as well as developing, prioritizing and leading the roadmap Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or deep relevant industry experience Preferred Qualifications: Prior engineering, infrastructure, or software development program management experience for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps strongly preferred. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, along with polished presentation skills Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative & critical thinking capabilities Expertise in coordination & participation in requirements gathering and design brainstorming sessions Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously A history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority Proven record in defining processes, developing metrics and executing on them while driving program maturity and process optimization
