This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. The Commercial Technical Support Specialist plays a dual-role position, splitting responsibilities between retail store operations and commercial business support. This role serves as a key resource for commercial sales teams by providing administrative, technical, and project support while maintaining active involvement in daily store operations. Technical Support Specialists work closely with wholesale customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #2357 located at: 5250 Kooiman Rd. Mobile, AL 36582.
