About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor within the lockbox department. In this role, you will: • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature • Receive, log, batch, and distribute work • File, photocopy, and answer phones • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles • Work under close supervision following established procedures Required Qualifications: • 1+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: • Lockbox experience • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment • 10-key numerical data entry experience Job Expectations: • Ability to lift 15+ pounds • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time Schedule: 40hrs per week. Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or when the work is complete. This is an open-ended schedule with the start time and end time determined by workflow. Required overtime and holidays as needed.Location: 1801 Park View Dr SHOREVIEW, MN 55126Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
