Maintenance Mechanic

Job description

Troubleshoot, maintain, track and repair electrical and mechanical issues with processing and packaging equipment. Responsibilities: Repair and overhaul equipment parts - I.e., rebuilding pumps and other equipment, as necessary. Repairs delegated through work orders initiated by Maintenance Planner. Troubleshoot and repair process and packaging equipment as directed by Maintenance Supervisor. Complete work orders and parts issuances as required. Complete any welding and fabrication jobs as required. Maintain maintenance shop cleanliness. Maintain plant buildings and premises according to Supervisor instruction. I.e., Repairing damaged walls, damaged sidings, adjusting doors. Record and track work completed. Qualifications: High School Diploma Post Secondary Technical degree Mechanical experience
