Role Purpose The HSSE Contractor Safety Analyst is a critical partner to the Contractor Safety Lead, providing tactical execution, data intelligence, and operational support to ensure the successful implementation of JLL's global contractor safety framework. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and essential to transforming program vision into operational reality across our vast portfolio of managed facilities and properties. You will be the engine that keeps the contractor safety program running smoothly—managing data, coordinating implementation activities, monitoring compliance, support with analyzing trends, and ensuring that our resources and tools reach the teams that need them. This role reports directly to the HSSE Contractor Safety Lead and works collaboratively with Regional and Business Line HSSE teams, Sourcing & Procurement, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and operational delivery teams globally. What This Job Involves: Program Implementation & Execution Support • Assist the Contractor Safety Lead in developing and refining contractor safety policies, standards, procedures, and operational playbooks. • Coordinate the rollout of new contractor safety resources, tools, and training modules to regional and business line teams. • Support the establishment and management of a global "Contractor Safety Champions" network, organizing communications, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions. • Develop and maintain a centralized library of contractor safety templates, including RAMS templates, inspection checklists, and performance review forms. • Manage the digital contractor safety induction platform, ensuring content is current, accessible, and completion data is tracked accurately. • Provide operational support to the contractor pre-qualification and vetting process team as needed, ensuring alignment with program requirements. • Provide support to the wider HSSE Center of Excellence as required. Data Management, Reporting & Analytics • Support the collection, validation, and management of contractor safety performance data from multiple global sources and systems. • Support, maintain, and continuously improve the global contractor safety performance dashboard, ensuring accuracy and relevance of leading and lagging indicators. • Support detailed trend analysis on contractor-related incidents, near misses, inspections, and audit findings to identify patterns and root causes. • Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and presentations on contractor safety metrics for the Contractor Safety Lead, regional leaders, and senior stakeholders. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag anomalies, non-compliance, or emerging risks to the Contractor Safety Lead in a timely manner. • Support the development of business cases and ROI analysis for program enhancements and technology investments. Assurance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement • Assist in the design and execution of contractor safety verification and assurance protocols, including audits, and compliance checks. • Coordinate and schedule contractor safety audits and inspections with regional teams, tracking completion and corrective actions. • Monitor contractor compliance with JLL safety standards, documenting findings and supporting the development of corrective action plans. • Track the implementation status of contractor safety program elements across regions and business lines, maintaining a centralized implementation tracker. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the contractor safety program by gathering feedback from operational teams and identifying opportunities to simplify processes. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and working sessions related to contractor safety program development and deployment. • Support the Contractor Safety Lead in preparing and delivering presentations, training sessions, and business updates to stakeholders. • Facilitate communication between the global
