Job description

At Apple, we believe in hard work, a fun environment, and the creativity and innovation that only comes about when hardworking people from a diverse set of backgrounds approach problems from varying perspectives. The people here at Apple don’t just build products — they craft the kind of wonder that’s revolutionized entire industries. If you’re excited by the idea of making a real impact and joining a team where we pride ourselves in being one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world, a career with Apple might be your dream job... Just be prepared to dream big! As part of the AppleCare Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic AppleCare partnerships across the Americas, with a focus on major wireless carriers and device protection resellers in the U.S. and Canada. You will develop account strategies, identify new commercial opportunities, build compelling customer and partner propositions, negotiate agreements, and drive initiatives that grow AppleCare sales. A key part of the role will be leveraging AppleCare’s sell-through playbook to develop account-specific offers, sales plays and customer journey improvements that increase awareness, advocacy, attach and retention. This is a highly visible and fast-paced role requiring strong commercial judgment, analytical capabilities and the ability to develop trusted relationships with senior internal and external partners. Minimum Qualifications: Significant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales or commercial strategy. Demonstrated success developing and growing complex, multi-million-dollar commercial partnerships. Strong understanding of the U.S. and/or Canadian wireless, consumer electronics, retail or device protection ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong quantitative and critical-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations and action plans. Self-starter with strategic vision, strong executional skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly with major U.S. or Canadian resellers. Experience in device protection, insurance, warranty or related service businesses. Experience developing subscription or recurring-revenue businesses and executing partner sell-through strategies. Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
