Job description
Independently perform Senior level support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks. Drives technical, safety, and process improvement efforts using a variety of industry methods. Responsibilities Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met. Works closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding; Maintenance Program development, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. May facilitate various workshops. Considered an SME (subject matter expert) in advanced skilled trade disciplines Contributes to developing and delivering technical training modules, OJT's, etc. Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization #LI-AL1 HS diploma with 10+ yrs. experience or College degree, college certificate, or formal apprenticeship and 5+ years of work experience related to skilled trades or other relevant technical degree CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired. Intermediate skills with MS Windows. Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e., machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools) Electrical skills and knowledge is require Knowledgeable in electrical systems up to 3 phase 480V Can troubleshoot electrical issues down to component level and replace failed components Can read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
