In this role, you will work in a dynamic, high-tech production facility and will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization activities. This role partners closely with operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and leadership teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a strong background in lean methodologies, process improvement, and project management.
