As a HR Business Partner Associate within PNC's Business Partners organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role serves as a key contributor to strategic initiatives, reporting, and annual talent processes while collaborating across HR and business partners to advance organizational priorities. This person will be a partner with the Retail Distribution HR team to ensure branch teams have the tools, resources, and support needed to drive business success. Key Responsibilities · Support the Retail Distribution HR team by providing tools, resources, and operational support to branch teams. · Develop, analyze, and maintain reports and metrics to inform business decisions and workforce planning. · Coordinate and support Mid-Year (MY) and End-of-Year (EOY) performance and talent management cycles. · Serve as a key contributor on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. · Partner with HR, business leaders, and ecosystem partners to drive and implement business priorities. · Monitor trends, analyze data, and provide insights to support organizational effectiveness and employee experience. · Assist in process improvements and change management efforts to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications · Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and support organizational priorities. · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting and leveraging data. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. · Proven ability to build partnerships and work effectively with cross-functional teams. · Retail branch experience or a branch operations background is preferred. Utilizes standard tools and systems to more effectively manage employee populations and personnel costs. • Prepares, reviews, and analyzes a variety of HR information, data, and reports. Provides solutions and makes business recommendations and presentations based on findings. • Coordinates human resources initiatives within the organization and acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary. • Supports the implementation, maintenance and communication of the organization's human resource programs, policies and processes. • Serves as the point of contact on various HR systems and processes to support the line of business through various HR initiatives and projects, including but not limited to position management, requisition support, and organizational design.
