We are currently searching for a Program Support Specialist to join our Total Training System (TTS) Program team located in Sterling, VA. The individual will be responsible for supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) in all activities associated with the pursuit, order, capture, and execution of existing and future programs. Emphasis is focused on supporting development and execution, as well as supporting program execution teams with a variety of activities such as: management of portions or entirety of program execution, financial reporting, customer interaction/action item reporting, subcontract management support, global trade, material statusing, NDA management, customer deliverable management, risk and opportunity management, data collection and analysis, and all levels of coordination with the core program team. This position coordinates activities across the Collins shared services business model and requires collaborative working relationships with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, and IPP&C (Finance) points of contact in various instances of onsite, hybrid, and remote environments.
