Primary Function of Position: The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Intuitive’s sales and marketing initiatives by owning the logistics, coordination, and facilitation of system and product demo programs. This individual will work cross-functionally with diverse internal/external stakeholders not limited to sales, marketing, customer training, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless program execution across the U.S. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities: • Supports local market development events hosted by our sales and marketing teams. Includes partnering with sales reps to coordinate resources to ensure events are well executed • Assists in coordinating for Intuitive’s mobile system program to efficiently and effectively support sales events and marketing symposia • Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third-party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts • Maintains inventory of instruments and accessories and coordinates shipments to/from sales and marketing events throughout the country • Support the execution of recurring quarterly deliverables such as reporting packages, performance reports, and dashboard/tool updates Qualifications Core Competencies, Skills and Experience Requirements: • This person must display excellent organizational skills, preparation skills, problem solving skills, customer service skills, and communication skills • Detail-oriented, organized and takes initiative; looking for a team player who comes with a problem-solving mindset • Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment • Customer Service; orientation to resolve problems for the customer and ability to gain a yes • Ability to multitask and seamlessly move from task to task in a fast-paced environment • Computer proficiency; ability to edit and update Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) , Tableau, SQL, Snowflake and Salesforce • Strong English language skills – ability to articulate and communicate (both written and verbal) in a way others can easily understand using different communication methods • Ability to be level headed and resilient while resolving conflict • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Occasional travel may be required Education and Training Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required; Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field with relevant job experience a plus • 2-4 years of relevant work experience • Prior logistics experience a plus • Experience with data visualization tools and data querying (Tableau, SQL) a plus It started with a simple idea: what if surgery could be less invasive and recovery less painful?
