Project Coordinator – JLL What this job involves: JLL is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its Data Collection and Analytics (DCA) team—a fully self-performed field organization operating across more than 30 countries. The DCA team performs enterprise asset tagging and data collection, IoT sensor deployment, 3D scanning and reality capture, and asset condition data verification for corporate occupiers, retail and restaurant portfolio owners, facilities organizations, and commercial real estate investors. As Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by supporting administrative functions, coordinating project execution, and ensuring that critical deadlines are met in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your work will directly enable our clients to make informed portfolio decisions based on accurate, verified asset data. What your day-to-day will look like: Utilize company applications daily, including Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, Salesforce, and Smartsheet to manage project workflows and documentation Review project requirements and make informed judgments about staffing assignments, scheduling, and booking travel for field specialists Coordinate with team members and clients to resolve site access dates and times, ensuring seamless project execution Evaluate workloads and balance assignments between team members to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines Perform clerical duties including scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials and notes Complete or manage completion of various tasks as determined by DCA leadership, supporting strategic team initiatives Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of workplace experience in an administrative support role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience Adaptability to maintain effectiveness across varying environments, tasks, and responsibilities; comfortable with continuous and overlapping deadlines Customer focus with dedication to meeting expectations and requirements of both external and internal customers Ability to cope effectively with change and ambiguity; comfortable making decisions without complete information and handling risk and uncertainty Quick learner who is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks Demonstrated ability to create, update, and maintain project lists and trackers; develop schedules and manage resources effectively Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to all levels within and outside the organization; uses diplomacy and tact Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and consistently meet deadlines Clear and concise written and oral communication skills with the ability to initiate conversations and pursue answers effectively Self-starter who can independently start and complete projects and make data-driven decisions At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way—for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees. Estimated compensation for this position: 55,300.00 – 67,800.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
