Sample Bottles/Specialist (Packing/Order Assembly) - M-F, 1st Shift

The Sample Bottles Specialist is responsible for: preserving bottles; packing bottle orders according to client specifications; stocking shelves and supplies; printing bottle orders (if required); shipping bottle orders on the FedEx system; preparing acid dilutions. The primary responsibility will be packing orders. • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision • Regular attendance and punctuality • Packs bottle orders accurately following guidelines from client and company SOPs • Must follow procedures for packing bottles, preparing orders, preserving bottles, preparing dilutions or acids, and interpreting bottle order requests • Preserves bottles following SOP guidelines • Restocks shelves with the proper bottle types • Keeps area clean and free of clutter • Prepares dilutions of acids used in preserving bottles • Ships bottle orders on the FedEx system • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner • Performs other duties as assigned Role is full-time, 40 hours/week. Hours will be M-F, 8am-5pm, with additional hours as required. Training will be the same hours. Basic Minimum Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent • Must be able to understand and follow SOPs and work instructions • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English. • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Ideal candidates will have: • Strong attention to detail • Previous relevant experience • Production experience • Packing experience or previous experience working in a lab with samples Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, to make life and our environment safer, healthier and more sustainable.
