Job description

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Parts Professional to join our Distribution business in (Fresno, CA). Will make an impact in the following ways: - Assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and through email with parts inquiries and orders - Source and identify parts using catalogs, systems, and internal resources to meet customer needs - Process customer transactions including cash, check, and credit card payments - Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse activities - Maintain accurate records and process required paperwork related to parts sales and orders - Build strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing timely support - Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
