Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 supporting the Sentinel Personnel Security team. This position will be located in Roy, UT. What You’ll Get To Do: Learn all aspects of the Special Access Program (SAP) nomination process and work with the team to obtain, review, and submit personnel data. Tasks will include (but are not limited to): *Support a fast-paced, high-profile program; creating, maintaining, and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers *Provide personnel security (PERSEC) support to include but not limited to reviewing and processing required documentation in support of the SAP nomination processes; *Maintain multiple PERSEC databases, to include the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE); *Prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings; *Access, review, and submit clearance and access information using the appropriate government database and other information systems You’ll Bring These Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret Security Clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Experienced with computers and desktops Experienced with Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel, etc.) Must be detail-oriented, have meticulous record-keeping, and will be responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Experience with DoDM 5205.07 Special Access Program Security Manual Proficient with SIMS and/or Government Security Databases Completed security training (ex. CDSE) is a plus Working knowledge of the JADE database Basic knowledge of access controls and security systems Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills and organizational skills enabling effective communications and customer service Primary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
