Job Description Job Summary: As Regional Business Manager (RBM), you will report directly to the AVP of Sales and be responsible for managing and directing a regional Medication Delivery Systems Vascular Access sales team. You will have accountability for P&L management with a focus on building high performing teams, creating a winning culture and driving profitable growth within the assigned region.Location: Los Angeles and Orange CountyJob Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets for the Southern California region.Develop and implement comprehensive regional business plans and sales strategies to maximize market penetration and product adoption.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Vascular Access sales representatives, providing coaching, performance management, and ongoing training.Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, purchasing groups, and other critical decision-makers.Conduct regular market analysis, competitor assessments, and customer needs assessments to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Manage regional budget, expenses, and resources effectively to ensure profitability.Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and other internal departments to ensure successful product launches and market support.Monitor sales pipeline, forecast future sales, and report on regional performance to senior management.Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.Attend and represent Bard Access Systems at regional and national trade shows, conferences, and educational events.Job Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA preferred. • 7-10 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device industry preferred, with 3-5 years in a regional sales management role preferred. • Strong preference for experience in vascular access, interventional radiology, or cardiology. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant market share growth. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach to sales management. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to travel extensively within the Southern California region as required. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. $218,000 - $360,000 (range is reflective of total compensation: base salary, annual sales bonus target, and other incentives).
