CMP/Wet/YE Ramp Process Engineer

We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team. The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include: Be curious. Seek feedback. Honor commitments. Drive results. Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt and rapidly ramping tool install environment. Rapidly qualify new tool installations as well as max out capabilities of existing toolsets to support maximum possible quality wafer movement through the CMP/Wet/YE Process tools. Develop and implement improved CMP/Wet and YE Process methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality, and a relentless commitment to chase and visualize the data. Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvements. Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies. Provide training to junior colleagues and process technicians. Maintain and improve training documentation and procedures. Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner. Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs). Participate in data analysis and problem resolution. Collaborate across teams/ branches to solve fab priorities, which can change quickly. Qualifications: Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field2 + years relevant Semiconductor Process /manufacturing experiences Preferred qualifications: Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategiesProficiency with Python, Claude, or other AI modles or tools is a plusExperience with AMAT and EBARA CMP process toolsExperience with bath or single wafer clean wet process toolsetsExperience in defect metrologyExperience working with big data and enterprise systems is a plusStrong understanding of Cu and Al BEOL integrations Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functionsStrong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationshipsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentAbility to take the initiative and drive for result
