This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving organizational effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, supporting leadership development and managing key HR projects. Key responsibilities include: • Partner with senior leaders to align and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success. • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives to ensure optimal team structures and capabilities. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering coaching and mentorship to foster high-performing teams and a positive work environment. • Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of organizational changes and alignment with business objectives. • Drive the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices. • Manage and execute HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve leadership effectiveness, employee development, and overall team performance. Qualifications You Must Have: • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR business partner or HR leader, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management - with a demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects aligned to business objectives and delivered on time; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR business partner or HR leader, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management - with a demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects aligned to business objectives and delivered on time. • Must be a U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer: • Coaching certification, change management certification, or organizational design certification. • Experience in supporting leadership teams in complex, matrixed organizations. • Strong ability to influence and guide decision-making processes across various levels of leadership.
