Maintenance Scheduler/Planner

Job description

The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the purchase and organization of maintenance parts and related items, accurate inventory of those items, the creation of detailed work orders for the maintenance department and organizing the work orders for implementation based on priorities. The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the eAM system to include equipment identification, parts inventory, requisition of parts, writing purchase orders, scheduling P/M’s, work orders, work requests, parts orders, and reports in the eAM system. The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler will also support training of Maintenance Mechanics. The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler works closely with Engineering-Maintenance Manager, Maintenance team, and Operations to prioritize maintenance work.
