Department: Employee Safety Schedule: M-F 8-4:30 The position is primarily remote, with some rounding, teaching, and travel to the regions required. Candidates must reside within the St. Louis (STL) region. Skills and Matching Criteria: Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support employee safety and well-being initiatives, including the Care for Caregivers program. Proficiency in facilitation and analytical skills to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage sprint activities aligned with organizational safety strategies. Application of trauma-informed care (TIC) principles to ensure processes and solutions support psychological safety and resilience. Experience in business process mapping, data interpretation, and training to ensure effective prioritization and completion of requests. Capability to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) for programs and initiatives through data analysis and outcome tracking. Collaboration with internal and external key partners to develop specifications and solutions for employee safety and caregiver support. Partnership with cross-functional teams to identify needs and proactively offer trauma-informed, safety-focused solutions. Data interpretation and visualization to identify trends, benchmark performance, and inform decision-making. Presentation of information in clear, actionable formats to key participants at all levels. Application of analytic techniques to support business users and safety program goals. Preparation and management of sprint cycles and stories aligned with safety and well-being priorities. Participation in sprint planning and work prioritization sessions to ensure timely completion of safety-related initiatives. Support for the intake and prioritization of requests related to employee safety and Care for Caregivers activities. Provision of regular status updates to leadership and contribution to continuous improvement efforts. Job Summary: Works independently to support business strategies and utilize facilitation skills to elicit requirements and business needs from cross functional teams across all levels of the organization, including vendors. Defines solutions, provides training to business users, and acts as a sprint manager to ensure activities are completed in a timely fashion. Provides business process mapping services and ensures all requirements are defined well enough for prioritization and execution on requests. Contributes to the request intake management process and presents activity requests to the management prioritization group for resource alignment. Establishes new projects/sprints and provides status updates to management. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for developing specifications through participation in project teams or meetings with internal/external customers for smaller projects and/or ad hoc requests. Partners with customers, peers and cross functional teams to discover needs; and proactively offers options and solutions. Interprets data, identifies trends, establishes/utilizes benchmark data, creates data visualization and interpretation of information. Presents information to customers in clear, concise, and useful formats. Leverages analytic techniques necessary to meet needs of business users supported by the analytic team. Prepares sprint cycles and sprint stories. Participates in sprint planning sessions. Leads / participates in work prioritization sessions. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience EXPERIENCE Three years’ experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
