In your day-to-day activities you will work with our UK and Pan European Project Delivery Team, coordinating rollout projects and pitching our proposition for new opportunities. Let's power the future together! ⚡ Your Responsibilities 🚀 Support Project Managers in the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects from sitedevelopment through to construction and commissioning Coordinate day-to-day project activities across contractors, local authorities, utility providers andinternal Qwello teams Maintain accurate project information, trackers and systems, ensuring key dates, actions, approvalsand milestones are kept up to date Assist with the preparation and coordination of project documentation, including permits, approvals,technical information and construction packs Monitor project actions and programme dates, proactively following up with stakeholders to helpkeep projects on track Support the coordination of surveys, construction activities, grid connections, signage, bay markingsand commissioning Assist with project reporting, meeting minutes, KPI information and programme updates Help maintain consistent project management processes and identify opportunities to improve howthe team works Support Project Managers and the Programme Manager with wider programme activities asrequired Your Profile ✨ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of tasks through to completion Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal teams, contractors and externalstakeholders A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion toelectric Previous experience in project coordination, project delivery or a similar role is desirable Experience within construction, utilities, highways, electrical infrastructure or EV charging would bean advantage Experience working with local authorities, public-sector organisations or utility providers is a plus Must be proficient using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and learning project managementsystems A relevant degree, project management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent), or workingtowards one is desirable but not essential A genuine interest in developing a career in project management and the EV infrastructure sector Willingness to travel throughout UK Fluency in written and spoken English, additional language knowledge is a plus Your Benefits 🪴 The opportunity to play a key role in shaping the mobility revolution Be part of an international and dynamic team of more than 30 nationalities Enjoy a remote-friendly environment with the possibility to work from your home a few days a weekand you have the possibility of workation within the EU, plus 28 vacation days Regular company and team events outside of the office to disconnect from our computers andreconnect with colleagues on hikes, mountain e-bike tours, offsites and more Personal and professional development through in-house lunch & learn sessions, as well asexternally provided training, courses and conferences Equal Opportunities: We strive to eliminate discrimination, remove barriers, and ensure equal opportunity through a transparent recruitment process.
