Job description

We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. How will this role have an impact? Signify Health’s Clinician Performance team (Rolex) is building the performance and productivity ecosystem that powers one of the largest networks of mobile clinicians in the United States. The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and roadmap for two flagship products: the MySignify Scorecard and the OCC Clinician Management Module (CMM). Together, these products define how 5,000+ clinicians understand and own their performance, and how operations leaders manage their teams at scale. This is a senior IC role. You’ll operate with significant autonomy, setting strategic direction, managing a complex stakeholder environment, and driving cross-functional execution — all while the team ships at AI-assisted velocity. What makes this role different Our engineering team operates at AI-assisted velocity: we ship and iterate faster than traditional timelines. That means the bottleneck has moved. The Senior PM in this role is the strategic throughput; translating stakeholder alignment, sequencing priorities, and building the cross-functional scaffolding that lets engineering keep moving. You’ll be expected to use AI tools in your own workflow, and you’ll be building products with AI at their core. At this level, you’re not just translating strategy. You’re originating it. You’ll set the multi-year product direction, define what success looks like, and represent the product in executive-level forums. What you'll own • MySignify Scorecard (Clinician-Facing): The primary performance interface for clinicians. V3+ phases include personalized targets, AI-driven metric transparency, member reviews, and A/B testing frameworks to prove that scorecard engagement translates to real quality improvement. • OCC Clinician Management Module (Manager-Facing): The operations manager’s unified workspace for clinician performance, replacing 5+ fragmented tools with a single intelligent platform. You will expand CMM to new user types, build bulk action and coaching automation workflows, and layer in the AI engine that handles routine interventions at scale and surfaces only the most complex cases for human review. • Product Measurement Framework: Define the KPIs that connect product decisions to business outcomes. Own the baseline, track delivery, and communicate value to leadership and executive stakeholders. • Strategic Alignment with Lead Director: Partner on initiative prioritization, stakeholder alignment at the Monthly Operating Review, and resource planning across the Clinician Performance portfolio. Roles and responsibilities • Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for MySignify Scorecard and OCC CMM, with clear sequencing rationale tied to business outcomes • Set and track a product measurement framework; define the KPIs, own the baseline, and communicate value delivery to leadership and executive stakeholders • Drive strategic decisions on A/B testing; write the hypothesis, define primary and guardrail metrics, size the test appropriately, and own the results without leaning on a data scientist to tell you what they mean • Lead discovery independently with clinicians and operations managers to surface what’s working, what’s not, and what the data isn’t telling you • Represent the product in exec-level forums including the Monthly Operating Review, and influence cross-functional decisions across a complex stakeholder map — operations management, analytics, clinical success, legal, HR, engineering, and executive leadership • Drive AI-powered product strategy: personalized coaching nudges, intelligent alert triage, OM recommendation engines, and automated intervention workflows • Leverage AI tools in your own workflow to accelerate spec writing, research synthesis, stakeholder communication, and decision documentation Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience • 5–9 years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of owning full product strategy end-to-end; from defining the vision through cross-functional delivery and business outcome measurement • Background in gamified or performance-driven SaaS; you understand how to design goal-setting, progress visibility, and nudge systems that motivate without feeling patronizing to professionals who take their craft seriously. Healthcare experience is welcome but not required; what matters is the ability to earn trust quickly with expert users who rely on your product data to manage their livelihoods. • Demonstrated strategic thinking: you’ve defined longer-term product strategy tied to market or customer need, and you can map your roadmap to a measurable business case • Stakeholder influence: you’ve driven decisions across multiple teams, not just aligned peers, and you know when to push, when to align, and when to ship • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments, you can write a hypothesis, define primary and guardrail metrics, size a test appropriately, and interpret results without leaning on a data scientist to tell you what they mean. • Comfort operating in an AI-accelerated environment, you’ve used AI tools in your product work, and you’re excited to build products where AI is a core capability, not a feature add-on • Strong data orientation: you define metrics before you build, you know how to design an experiment, and you can tell the story of value from discovery through outcome • Excellent written and verbal communication, you can write a crisp one-pager, a
