Drive the pivot towards treating application, mobile as \ Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development. 5 years of experience testing and launching software products with a focus on android systems or android architecture. 5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent. 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience serving as a technical lead and architect, setting architectural direction, and mentoring senior engineers across multiple work streams. Experience managing complex system health issues, app reliability, and large-scale technical migrations. Experience implementing automated regression testing to replace manual testing efforts. Strong product sense with a passion for smart home technologies, IoT (Matter, Thread, BLE), and improving user satisfaction (CSAT). Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and improving engineering velocity through infrastructure automation.
