Employee Experience Technical Program Lead, Sr. Advisor The Employee Listening Program Lead, Sr. Advisor serves as a key member of the Employee Listening & People Science team, helping ensure listening programs are coordinated, accessible, and delivered with consistency and excellence. This role acts as the connective thread across enterprise listening efforts—partnering with stakeholders to coordinate listening activities, guide survey planning, support successful execution, and maintain a positive participant experience. The role serves as the steward of listening program processes, survey enablement, and stakeholder support, helping ensure listening activities are aligned across the organization while balancing business needs and employee experience considerations. This position also helps enable survey owners across HR by providing guidance, resources, and support that allow listening initiatives to be delivered effectively and consistently. Key Responsibilities: Employee Listening Governance & Intake Coordination Own the enterprise listening intake and consultation process for employee surveys and listening activities. Partner with stakeholders to understand proposed listening efforts and help align timing, audience, and business objectives. Maintain visibility into listening activities occurring across HR and other functions to support a coordinated employee listening experience. Facilitate review processes that promote alignment, reduce duplication, and help manage employee survey fatigue. Support listening governance practices by helping stakeholders navigate listening standards, processes, and decision-making frameworks. Maintain and communicate the enterprise listening calendar and key milestones across listening initiatives. Survey Program Ownership & Execution Excellence Serve as the program owner for enterprise employee listening surveys and listening initiatives. Coordinate activities across Employee Listening & People Science team members and matrix partners to support successful program delivery. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure listening programs are executed consistently and with a high-quality employee experience. Support planning activities, readiness reviews, launch coordination, and post-survey follow-up activities. Monitor survey execution milestones and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to strengthen delivery. Help ensure listening programs remain aligned with employee experience, confidentiality, and governance expectations. Accountable for the accurate loading of survey content and configuring survey design to ensure the best possible employee experience, ensuring critical accuracy in employee data for administration. Partner with HR Strategic Technology team and HR IT to address and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise with the execution of employee surveying. Stakeholder Enablement & Survey Consultation Serve as a trusted resource for HR partners who sponsor and manage their own listening initiatives. Guide stakeholders on survey planning considerations, platform capabilities, employee experience implications, and listening best practices. Help survey owners navigate survey setup, participant experience considerations, launch preparation, and reporting readiness. Develop tools, resources, templates, and guidance materials that help improve consistency and ease of execution across listening efforts. Support stakeholder education efforts that strengthen listening maturity across HR and the organization. Listening Experience Stewardship Help ensure employee listening resources, guidance, and communications are easily accessible and maintained across internal platforms and intranet resources for manager access and use. Support the review and coordination of survey content, participant communications, and experience-related materials. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure survey experiences are consistent, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational standards. Coordinate translation activities and multilingual survey readiness efforts to support a globally inclusive listening experience. Help identify opportunities to improve survey participation, stakeholder experience, and overall listening effectiveness. Listening Platform Coordination & Support Maintain key listening program configurations that support survey readiness and stakeholder access. Coordinate user access, permissions, and licensing activities that enable appropriate use of listening tools and reporting resources. Support the preparation and validation of survey content, organizational structures, and program setup activities. Partner with internal experts and vendor partners to ensure listening programs are prepared for successful launch. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen user experience across listening programs. Continuous Improvement & Listening Innovation Identify opportunities to enhance listening practices, stakeholder experiences, and survey delivery approaches. Stay informed on emerging employee listening trends, technology advancements, and leading practices. Recommend improvements that strengthen scalability, consistency, and the overall effectiveness of listening programs. Contribute to the continued evolution of the organization's employee listening capabilities and listening culture. What You Bring (Qualifications) Required Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in employee listening delivery, technical program ownership, survey research, workforce feedback, or a related field. Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting employee surveys, listening programs, research initiatives, or workforce feedback activities Experience leading highly visible governance processes. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building experience. Experience working in large, matrixed organizations pref
