Job description

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in web technologies (e.g., JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3). Experience managing first-party ServiceNow integrations, and building microservices (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or Node.js). Experience with message-driven architectures (e.g., Cloud Pub/Sub, Kafka), RPC/gRPC, and API Gateways/Reverse Proxies for traffic orchestration. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. Experience in server-side development, relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases, and high-performance API design. Experience tailoring user experiences for operational agents (Configurable Workspaces, Advanced Work Assignment), alongside a background in version control (Git), SDLC, and unit/integration testing. Mastery of OAuth 2.0/OIDC flows, Workload Identity Federation (Service Account assertions for keyless auth), and secure credential management (Cloud KMS, HashiCorp Vault) to ensure zero-trust networking and mTLS enforcement. Understanding of bridging external SaaS with internal pipelines, egress proxies, and secure credential stores.
