Job Description: The Growth Marketing Manager will drive growth strategy and execution within our Data + Analytics business unit, with primary focus on the Embedded Analytics pillar including Logi Symphony and Simba Intelligence. This role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on tactical execution to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and expansion throughout the complete customer lifecycle. Responsible for running global campaigns, this resource will be the primary point-of-contact for our EMEA based sales organization within the Data + Analytic business unit. Stakeholder management and communication is key. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, customer success, digital marketing, and operations teams to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive sales-qualified pipeline and accelerate product adoption. As a growth marketing expert for our embedded analytics and AI-powered data connectivity solutions, you'll develop campaigns that resonate with ISV customers, data professionals, and enterprise decision-makers while managing integrated marketing programs from concept through measurement. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Campaign Development & Execution Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns from start to finish, including researching topics, defining strategy, writing content, executing campaigns, and measuring results Build integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, content, webinars, digital, social, in-person events) that drive sales-qualified pipeline and revenue growth Create and execute lifecycle marketing programs that maximize user engagement, product adoption, and customer lifetime value Manage third-party activities (webinars, content syndication, vendor partnerships) for assigned products and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to maximize ROI Performance Measurement & Optimization Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics including MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, and conversion rates Analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on quarterly and annual goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impact Continuously identify opportunities for campaign optimization and iterate based on data-driven insights Cross-Functional Collaboration Support and work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment, drive top-of-funnel awareness, and identify opportunities for optimization Collaborate with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize lead flow, nurture programs, and conversion paths Contribute to daily conversations about how to best execute and measure webinars, emails, and other marketing campaigns Program Management Ensure all activities are completed on time and meet quality expectations, including webinars, email campaigns, nurture streams, and content development Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure marketing programs run smoothly Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and stakeholder communications HOW WILL YOU GET IT DONE? Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution. Ability to analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impact Full-funnel marketing experience managing customer lifecycle from awareness through expansion Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects in their entirety Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e., Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, Gong, Clay, Claude, On24, Power BI, etc.) and marketing automation—ideally Pardot—experience is a significant plus Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent campaigns and cross-functional initiatives Ability to exhibit strong interperso
