Technical Security Manager

Job description

The Technical Security Manager will oversee the implementation, management, and compliance of physical security measures across Nokia's global real estate portfolio, including offices, data centers, and R&D spaces. This role focuses on safeguarding assets and personnel by applying industry standards such as ASIS and ISO, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to security policies. The position requires hands-on expertise, technical design capabilities, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. The role is part of the Real Estate organization. Reporting line is to the head of Facility Management, Security and Sustainability.
