Job description

Apple's Instructional Products team helps people discover what their Apple products can do and how to use them. We create the Tips app, user guides, and instructional content that reaches millions of users. Your ideas will shape how users understand and engage with Apple’s innovative features and capabilities. Minimum Qualifications: A love for words and language, with strong opinions about style, grammar, tone, and voice. Background in technical writing, instructional design, education, or a related field. Ability to break down complex features or procedures into clear, sequenced steps. Experience using data to make informed content decisions. Able to manage work across multiple concurrent projects with overlapping timelines. Preferred Qualifications: Curiosity about AI tools and how they're changing content work. Comfortable working across disciplines to create shared deliverables. Experience in information design, UX, or prototyping — thinking about layout, interaction, or format as part of the solution, not just the content.
