Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How you'll make an impact Support project planning and execution alongside Project Managers to deliver successful customer solutions. Coordinate project teams, onboarding activities, and project requirements. Maintain effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and project teams. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates and issue management. Lead key delivery milestones, including FAT, SAT, site installation, verification, and handover activities. Ensure cybersecurity and project delivery activities align with established processes and standards. Mentor and support fellow Technical Leads while contributing to knowledge sharing and capability development. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for products, processes, and project delivery practices. Your background Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working on integration projects involving power control and monitoring systems. Minimum of 5 years of knowledge of electric power system control and monitoring, ideally gained through system integration project delivery. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to manage stakeholder requirements and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and customers. Understanding of project management best practices within a technical project environment. ISO27001 Fundamentals and IEC 62443 Fundamentals certifications, or the ability to obtain them.
