Employer: TripAdvisor LLC Job Title: Wanderlab, Executive Producer Job Requisition: 10173.962.12 Job Location: New York, New York Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: $131,498.00 PER Year Duties: Manage the execution and implementation of multiple complex sold campaigns including project schedules, client management, resourcing, and project implementation/QA. Work seamlessly and manage input and workflows with other TripAdvisor departments such as Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, Product Development, Brand Marketing, Engineering and Creative Services teams, based in the US, UK and Singapore. Act as a subject matter expert on the implementation requirements of all custom Wanderlab products. Help develop and improve technical and non-technical documentation of processes for internal stakeholders. Operate and execute $1mm+ campaigns under accelerated timeframes ensuring that all projects are efficiently executed and delivered on-time, on-scope, and error-free. Operate at a very detailed level assessing project issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality, and campaign goals. Provide clear, consultative direction and feedback, employing good judgement and working in partnership with clients and/or internal stakeholders to resolve any potential conflicts or concerns. Anticipate and make trade-offs, balancing partner needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while executing great work. Telecommute permitted up to 100%. Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media and Communication Studies, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with relevant travel content experience in the internet marketing business domain. Position requires demonstrable experience in the following: • Experience as a Creative or Integrated Producer in an advertising, inhouse or media agency working across a range of deliverables including film, photography, custom website builds and experiential events. • Proven ability to lead client communications and manage meetings seamlessly, building trust and alignment with senior stakeholders. • Demonstrated deep understanding of media specifications, deliverables, and trafficking processes, with strong familiarity in reporting and performance tracking. • Cross-functional experience with project management or production, including interacting directly with design, product, engineering teams, 3rd party vendors, and film and production crews. • A proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on scope; communicating scope creep. • Dealing with the technical implementation and management of online marketing campaigns. • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as knowledge of UX and web best practices. • Internet marketing business experience in relevant travel content. • Strong familiarity with Google Drive tools (Sheets, Presentations, and Docs), creative tools (Photoshop, Figma, and InDesign), project management tools (Airtable, and Slack), trafficking and reporting tools (Tableau and Google Ad Manager), and content management tools (Shorthagind, Wyng, Contentful, and Google Sites). We may ultimately pay more than the posted range.
