Peraton is looking for a Counterintelligence Specialist to help USCYBERCOM J2X stay ahead of those threats at Fort Meade, MD. In this role, you'll operate at the strategic and proactive edge of the CI mission — collaborating with internal and external partners to build a common operating picture, informing the development of advanced CI concepts, and supporting the full spectrum of CI functions from risk assessments to insider threat programs. This is a senior, certification-required role for professionals who have spent careers mastering the art and science of counterintelligence — and are ready to apply that expertise at one of the most targeted commands in the U.S. government.What You'll DoCollaborate with internal and external CI partners to develop a holistic understanding and common operating picture of CI activities across USCYBERCOM J2XAssess large, diversified data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform CI activities and threat assessmentsBuild comprehensive analytical pictures of data sets to support development of advanced CI concepts, principles, and techniquesInform the design and implementation of advanced CI concepts and proactive CI strategiesEnsure colleagues, team members, and leadership remain well-informed on the status and disposition of relevant CI products and associated activitiesMaintain eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAPs) and/or Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCMs)Support CI risk assessments, supply chain risk assessments, and CI support to Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA)Support CI agent or desk officer functions across CI collection, functional services, investigations, and operationsCounter espionage, international terrorism, and CI insider threatsSupport force protection and Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) activities #USCCJ2
