You will contribute to the development of the OpenFGA wrapper service and supporting tools, writing clean, maintainable code under guidance of senior engineers. **Responsibilities**: - Implement API endpoints and business logic for wrapper service - Develop features for OpenFGA data model management - Write unit tests and integration tests - Debug and resolve software defects - Assist with documentation and code examples - Participate in code reviews and team ceremonies - Support onboarding team with technical questions - Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements - Background designing and implementing RESTful APIs - Proficiency with core AWS services **Here's What You'll Need:** - Proven experience in cloud‑native development on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (AWS preferred) - Strong proficiency in Java and building microservices using Spring Boot - Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, and streaming concepts - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift - Familiarity with automated build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools - Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases - Knowledge of cloud security best practices - Active DOD Secret Clearance - Ability to work on‑site in Arlington, VA two to three days per week #LI-modernengineering #LI-Hybrid #LI-PublicSafet As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of **California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland**. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
