Food Safety Quality Technician Montevideo, MN Help make food that people love. We are seeking a Food Safety Quality (FSQ) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work in our state-of-the-art processing. You don’t have to love turkey to fit in here, but you do have to be a dependable team player. Perform routine checks that include, but not limited to, monitoring of production lines, sanitation standards, HACCP checks, label auditing, and weight checks. This also includes completion and review of documentation. 2. Assure proper execution of the Jennie-O Turkey Store HACCP, TQC, NTIS programs as well as company policies and procedures. 3. Provide technical support and training to the plant in areas of USDA regulation compliance, process control program problem analysis investigation, product performance reporting, GMP's and food safety principles. 4. Other duties as assigned.
