Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: Be the go-to leader for your planting crewKeep operations running smoothly and safelySupport planters with logistics, morale, and problem-solvingTake pride in the success of your team and the trees you help plantAs a Crew Leader, you’ll play a key role in the success of our tree planting operations. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a crew of 10–14 tree planters with energy, focus, and accountabilityPromoting and enforcing safety standards to ensure a safe work environment at all timesMaintaining high planting quality through regular coaching and follow-up with plantersManaging daily job site operations, including logistics, troubleshooting, and crew coordinationDriving productivity by motivating your team to meet or exceed daily production targets Qualifications: You’ll be a great fit if you have: A clean driver’s abstract – you’ll be trusted to operate crew vehicles safelyThe ability to obtain a class 4 license (optional)Tree planting experience – a strong asset, but not a deal-breakerThe ability to keep up in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentA willingness to work hard outdoors in all conditions—rain or shineA self-starting attitude with the drive to motivate and lead your teamStrong leadership skills – you know how to guide, support, and inspire others
