The DT Site Lead serves as the on‑site integrator between Enterprise Digital Technology Services, Operations Technology, application owners, local business operations, and critical production environments across Collins’ facilities. This role ensures that secure, reliable, and compliant technology services enable business outcomes and support production, while maintaining an audit‑ready posture across all site infrastructure. The DT Site Lead acts as the single point of contact for escalations, outages, technology deployments, and infrastructure‑related decisions, representing both DT strategy to local leadership and site priorities back to DT.**This is an onsite position in Annapolis, MD** What You Will Do * Site Leadership & Advocacy • Serve as the primary DT representative and escalation point for all infrastructure, application, operations, service delivery, and support issues. • Communicate DT strategy, capabilities, solutions, and cost considerations to site leadership. • Advocate for site needs within Enterprise DT to ensure alignment of priorities, funding, and service levels. • Keep current on changes to DT service offerings, technologies, and regulatory requirements that impact the site. Infrastructure Reliability, Security & Compliance • Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant technology operations across all site environments. Maintain the site in an audit‑ready posture; support audit activities, site assessments, and ensure alignment with all RTX policies and standards. • Oversee EDGE hosting consumption and drive cost optimization across supported platforms. • Manage infrastructure compliance related to security, data protection, environmental controls, and regulated workloads. Service Delivery & Relationship Management • Cultivate and maintain critical relationships with local business leaders, enterprise partners, and third‑party vendors. • Manage RTX partner performance to ensure SLAs are exceeded and prosumer outcomes are continuously improved. • Act as the conduit for escalations related to DT support, services, and delivery, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Project Coordination & Operational Support • Coordinate local infrastructure projects and deployments including network/wireless upgrades, facility expansions, conference room builds, machine installations, and related technology enablement. • Support implementation of Enterprise DT initiatives such as but not limited to; security enhancements, compliance programs, collaboration tool rollouts, and telecommunications improvements. • Oversee and coordinate recurring maintenance activities for critical site technology (e.g., label printers, handheld devices, UPS testing, fire suppression and HVAC systems supporting DT environments). Qualifications You Must Have: • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience. • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. • Experience in Digital Technology, Operations Technology, or related technical infrastructure fields. • Strong understanding of network, compute, hosting, and end‑user technology environments. • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and performance against SLAs. • Experience supporting regulated or audit‑sensitive environments is preferred. • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate across functional groups.
