As a Sr. Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will guide and manage projects to ensure their successful execution and delivery. Your expertise in project management and your ability to work with cross-functional teams will be crucial in aligning projects with business goals and customer requirements. By defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, you will ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, and mitigating risks and issues will be key responsibilities in this role. You will report directly to our Project Management Director and you will work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on project outcomes and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationMonitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issuesCommunicate project updates and status to stakeholders and senior leadershipDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices Qualifications: YOU MUST HAVE 8+ years of experience in project managementProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budgetStrong project management skillsExcellent communication and people-oriented skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in risk management and problem-solvingProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesWE VALUE Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience in managing cross-functional teamsStrong thoughtful and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirementsPassion for innovation and continuous learning BENEFITS In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
