Job Posting Title: Hotel Integration Manager, Food and Beverage Req ID: 10156709 Job Description: The Hotel Integration Manager, for Food and Beverage is a strategic leader within the Hotel Strategy team, responsible for advancing cross-functional priorities across The Hotels of Disneyland Resort. This role leads integration efforts for assigned lines of business while maintaining a broad enterprise view of hotel operations, Guest experience, Cast experience, and long-term business performance. With a forward-thinking approach, the Hotel Integration Manager anticipates business needs, identifies emerging opportunities, and influences scalable solutions that support operational excellence and future growth. This role partners closely with Hotel Operations, Hotel Strategy leadership, Food & Beverage Experience Optimization, Walt Disney World, Operations Training, and other key stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate strategies that strengthen consistency, service, training, and overall execution across all three hotels. Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, training audiences, days of the week, and times of day. Responsibilities: Drive alignment within the Hotel Strategy team to advance shared priorities and develop scalable support for trainers, leaders, and Cast Members Partner across all three hotels to assess performance, identify opportunities, and elevate the Guest experience through consistent Service Excellence standards Lead cross-functional integration projects for assigned lines of business, ensuring priorities are executed consistently across The Hotels of Disneyland Resort Monitor industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging best practices to inform future-focused recommendations Align line-of-business priorities with short- and long-term hotel strategies, balancing operational needs with future growth opportunities Leverage market insights, best practices, analytics, and lessons learned to strengthen strategy, execution, and Guest experience outcomes Analyze and present performance data, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations to inform leadership decision-making Identify and champion process improvements that simplify work, improve consistency, and support sustainable operational excellence Partner with project leaders on large-scale initiatives from concept through launch, sustainment, and post-launch evaluation, including hotel renovation efforts Provide General Managers and Operations Leadership with timely insights on performance, trends, risks, and recommended actions Basic Qualifications Food and Beverage Manager experience, or experience as a manager Proven ability to lead teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners through change Ability to influence at all levels, both directly and indirectly Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive presentation skills Strong collaboration, integration, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and related business tools Strong understanding of resort priorities, hotel operations, and Disney service standards Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to apply operational experience and business insight to prioritize and execute work Strategic, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and recommend future-focused solutions Ability to gather, interpret, and communicate data to inform decisions Ability to understand the Disney audience and deliver a best-in-class Guest experience Executive presence with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders Experience with quality assurance, training development, and operational sustainment Experience across multiple hotel lines of business preferred Required Qualifications · 3+ years of leadership experience · 3+ years of hotel or resort experience Preferred Qualifications · A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience · Experience in Training, Hotel Operations, or another related field · Subject matter expertise preferred in one or more hotel lines of business, such as Recreation, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Hotel Experience, Housekeeping, or Bell Services The hiring range for this position in California is $93,200.00-$128,000.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
