Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role balances platform optimization and data hygiene with hands-on dashboard development. You will standardize and modernize our Bl environment while translating business needs from across the organization into intuitive, actionable analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & Dashboard Development: Build intuitive, visual dashboards for cross-functional business stakeholders to support operational and strategic decision-making.Trend Analysis & Actionable Insights: Analyze multi-location operational data to identify key trends, spot anomalies, and translate raw data into clear business insights.Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, technical, and training teams to gather reporting requirements, document data needs, and deliver timely reporting solutions.Platform Stewardship & Data Protocols: Maintain data integrity and streamline platform organization by following technical protocols, documenting business logic, and keeping reporting environments clean. Partner across departments to educate key stakeholders on data governance best practices, create simple user guides, and help train team members on self-service reporting tools.Stakeholder Communication: Assist in preparing and presenting findings, custom reporting solutions, and key metrics to senior leadership and operational teams.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence processes.Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning new software, tools, and company-specific data protocols.Technical Communication: Proven ability to follow complex technical instructions, manage project timelines, and communicate progress clearly to team members and stakeholders.Al & Efficiency: Familiarity with leveraging Al tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to assist in writing/debugging SQL code and accelerating data documentation.Technical Skills: Foundational proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, logic formulas), and exposure to modern Bl tools (e.g., Domo, Power Bl, Tableau)Physical Requirements:Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning.Sitting for extended periods of time.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
