Job description

Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and own the end-to-end supply and demand models for the category, developing long-term strategies and presenting clear trade-offs and risk mitigation plans to executive leadership. Execute partnering with product and commercial teams to define launch strategies and influence the plan of record. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams to align business plans, navigate supply constraints, and hold stakeholders accountable for core metrics such as inventory health and gross margins. Utilize advanced analytics to propose optimal capacity investments and launch dates, transforming highly ambiguous business concepts into crisp, executive-ready presentations. Act as a power user and advocate for enterprise planning tools (e.g., o9, Anaplan, Tobu), driving system optimizations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process maturity and forecast accuracy. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. Experience with demand and supply planning enterprise systems (e.g., o9, Anaplan, SAP) and using analytics to drive timely decisions. Experience in supply planning, supply chain management, program management, or Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) within the consumer hardware, telecommunications industry or technology industry. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience driving supply chain strategies at scale, specifically working with major global carriers and retailers. Highly analytical with experience working with large datasets via tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar to build custom optimization or simulation models. Strong consulting-level quantitative and presentation skills with a demonstrated track record of using data to tell a compelling story to executives.
