Laboratory Technician II

Job description

Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Ability to calibrate instrumentation. Demonstrated ability to interpret quality control and quality assurance parameters. Proficiency with computerized lab equipment, data management and related systems. Demonstrated ability to perform accurate, repeatable work, to correlate data, makes logical analysis and interprets quality control parameters/ Education/Experience/Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with coursework in qualitative and quantitative Chemistry or Biology preferred. Two to five years of experience in a related position, in a similar environment with ability to use sophisticated lab apparatus. Required Certification/Licenses/Training: Must meet minimum qualifications established by regulatory agencies if working in a NELAC or State Certified Lab).
