The Marketing Director will lead U.S. launch readiness for a new asset for Multiple Myeloma. This role will have people management and collectively the team will be responsible for establishing the cross-functional launch team and leading strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market, tactical planning to ensure launch success. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a dynamic organization and deliver high-quality work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. Additionally, the candidate will build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional and co-promotion partners to move priorities forward in a thoughtful, collaborative, and timely way. Key Responsibilities Include: Align and lead the charge on setting overarching strategy for launch. Lead through ambiguity and scenario planning to support various timelines for launch. Set tone and priorities for scale and scope of accountability. Synthesize market research and performance analytics to inform ongoing strategy and innovation Partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute highly integrated launch and promotional initiatives. Maintain focus on and consistently triangulate market dynamics, stakeholder needs, and business priorities to determine best course of action Influence and persuade across multiple external and internal stakeholders. Lead and develop direct and indirect and cross-functional team. Bachelor's Degree Required. Experience: 8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, or relevant industry marketing roles. Experience in Multiple Myeloma strongly preferred. Launch Experience Required. Strong independent drive and strategic problem-solving skills Comfortable working at a fast pace and adapting in a dynamic, matrixed organization and through ambiguity Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience managing teams and working cross-functionally. Ability to develop and execute marketing and brand strategies for products. Strong understanding of the relevant industry landscape, including trends, competition, and customer needs. Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and promotional guidelines.
