WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader to join our Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) national practice. This role will support a growing portfolio of industrial and advanced manufacturing projects and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This position will include delivering major programs and building the Advance Manufacturing portfolio in Texas. Be involved in impactful projects with our Property & Buildings / Industrial team and be part of a global organization that is driven by innovation, technical excellence, and a commitment to client success. Your Impact As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex industrial facilities projects, including advanced manufacturing, distribution and process-driven facilities from pursuit, through closeout, while managing client relationships, project teams, schedules, and budgets. Responsibilities Lead and capture critical pursuits, developing and executing winning strategies that expand market share, strengthen client relationships, and position WSP for long-term growth in the region and targeted end market. Build and manage a sustainable book of business balancing business development, client management, and project delivery responsibilities while mentoring other PMs in account growth and client development Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget are metCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, engineering, and specialty consultantsOversee project planning, scheduling, and staffingFinancial performance management for both projects and teamsLead proposal development, interview preparation, client presentations, and contract negotiations for strategic opportunities, serving as a key contributor to pursuit and capture planningAnticipate and mitigate project issues and risks while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with WSP standardsMentor, coach, and develop project managers and technical leaders, strengthening the organization's project delivery capabilities and creating the next generation of client-facing leadersCollaborate closely with regional and national ICoE leadershipQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 12+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities-related projectsProven experience leading project management and multidisciplinary design teams including direct and indirect reporting team members and partners.Strong understanding of industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and building systemsExperienced with alternate construction delivery models on greenfield and brownfield industrial projects including new construction, facility and system upgrades, and facility retrofitsExcellent client management, communication, and leadership skillsSkilled at managing project financials, schedules, and contractsPMP certification or PE license preferred, but not requiredPreferred Experience Advanced manufacturing or industrial facilities project experienceExperience working with large, complex projects and multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with design-build or alternative delivery methods #LI-JM1
