General Summary The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the resolution of pricing discrepancies on warehouse and DSD invoices by coordinating with CSLs, brokers, and internal teams. This role focuses on executing established processes, maintaining pricing-related data and promotional calendars, and assisting with timely and accurate invoicing. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are required. Principal Accountabilities • Support daily reporting to track pricing discrepancies in SAP for warehouse orders and Envision for DSD tickets. • Review and identify pricing discrepancies for EDI warehouse orders and DSD/DEX transactions; escalate issues for resolution as needed. • Coordinate with CSLs, Sales Finance, and cross-functional teams to support timely resolution of pricing issues. • Maintain reporting tools and trackers to monitor results and support process consistency. • Assist with static calendar management, including maintaining event details, updates, and supporting event approval tracking. • Monitor e4 event approvals for assigned regions and send follow-up communications to field sales as needed. • Support internal audit activities for the deduction settlement process by collecting documentation and ensuring compliance with established requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Complexity • Working knowledge of SAP, trade management systems, and Excel. • Strong attention to detail to ensure pricing accuracy. • Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues appropriately. • Effective communication skills to coordinate across teams. Job Specifications • Minimum Education: High School Diploma • Preferred Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree • Experience: 1–3 years in sales support, pricing, or data-related roles Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Basic data management and reporting skills • Ability to identify data inconsistencies • Strong organizational and communication skills • SAP experience preferred Working Conditions Office-based role requiring communication via email and phone with internal stakeholders. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $38,900-$53,500 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
