Summary of Role: We are seeking a Finance Intern to support financial planning and forecasting activities within the organization. This Austin, Texas based role will focus on developing and refining financial forecasts, analyzing business performance trends, and providing insights to improve decision-making. The intern will work closely with Finance teams to build forward-looking models and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. This is a project-based internship with a strong emphasis on data analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. Essential Responsibilities include: • Build and maintain financial forecast models (revenue, cost, and cash flow) using historical data and business assumptions. • Analyze variances between actuals and forecast; identify key drivers and provide actionable insights. • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles in partnership with FP&A and business stakeholders. • Develop dashboards or reports to track forecast accuracy and performance trends. • Assist in scenario modeling and what-if analysis to support business decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, business finance) to gather inputs and validate forecasts. • Support budget planning activities and long-range planning (LRP) processes. • Present findings and recommendations to Finance leadership at the end of the internship. Other Responsibilities: • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications: • Education – At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship. • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing. • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal) • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior related internship or co-op experience • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc. • Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making. • Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong planning & organizational skills #InternshipProgramUS Expected Salary Range $20.00 - $40.00 Expected Salary Range $0.00 - $0.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
