*THIS IS NOT A DATA SCIENCE POSITION* Eurofins BPT-Columbia is looking for a Associate Scientist, Data Review to join our Quality Assurance team located in Columbia, Missouri. The Quality Assurance Associate position is an entry-level position involved in day-to-day activities in a laboratory setting under prescribed processes (protocols, standard operating procedures, methods, etc.). Review scientific reports under cGMP guidelines to ensure regulatory requirements have been met, the data is whole and accurate, and the report is of high quality. Assisting with internal audits Work closely with lab operations staff on a day-to-day basis and have the authority and responsibility for final report sign-off. Other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate would possess: Experience in a laboratory setting or GMP pharmaceutical setting. Good organizational skills; ability to follow direction and good communication skills are required. Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills. Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or other directly related field or degree with comparable coursework in the above areas.
