Help to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services. Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience. Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance. Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with minimal guidance. Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience with Connected TV advertising and its technical components, such as Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI), digital video ad serving, or streaming environments. 3 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales. 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python). Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field. 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies. 5 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL. 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 5 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc). 5 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands.
