The Global Patriot Finance Team in the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) SBU seeks a motivated Principal Program Cost Controls Specialist (P3) to support the Poland Patriot production and technical assistance portfolio. Reporting to the Poland Patriot Business Manager, you will collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, and Polska IOT partners to ensure financial integrity, Earned Value compliance, and execution excellence. This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is preferred at the Tewksbury, MA location. Relocation assistance is not being offered. What You Will Do • Program Management & Financial Support: Manage cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasts, Budget Change Requests (BCRs), monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), Estimates at Completion (EACs), and support on external USG financial CDRLs (e.g. IPMDARs and CFSRs) • Earned Value Management (EVM): Prepare performance and staffing reports, support variance analysis, maintain EVMS processes, and ensure compliance with EV guidelines • Collaboration & Communication: Work as part of a three-person finance team, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive financial execution, compliance and program reporting • Financial Tools & Analysis: Utilize tools such as Business Warehouse (BW), Analysis for Office (A/O), RPlan, SAP/APEX, and PM Tools Suite to conduct targeted EVM analysis, drive efficiencies, and maintain compliance with internal standards • Independent Work & Multitasking: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, handling multiple program issues while contributing to a small, collaborative finance team What You Will Learn This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact program in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Qualifications You Must Have • Typically requires a Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field & minimum 5 years of related finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and minimum 3 years of related finance experience • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) • Experience with SAP, BW, APEX, PRISM or a similar system • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements Qualifications We Prefer • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work both independently and in a team, manage unique assignments, and meet critical deadlines • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and workload prioritization skills • Familiarity with Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures • Energetic and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
