Minimum Qualifications: 12+ years in HR, People Operations, Workforce Planning, or a related field with meaningful experience in systems, tools, or operational roles Strong analytical skills, comfortable building and maintaining workforce or resource models in Excel or similar tools Experience building or managing processes that span multiple teams or functions Demonstrated ability to work across ambiguity and evolving priorities without losing momentum Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) and a track record of improving how data is captured, maintained, and used Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in how they can change the way HR teams work Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear, simple recommendations for senior leaders Experience driving consistency across a distributed or matrixed organization Comfort operating as a builder, someone who can create something that doesn't exist yet and make it sustainable over time Experience in a People Business Partner role
