• Continuously completes successful braze and debraze procedures in manufacturing cell • Makes and cuts braze rings. • Follows all applicable work instructions and documentation. • Assembles using resistance tack welders. • Fabricates and insulates braze coils and glass. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. • Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time • Other duties may be assigned as needed High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is responsible for the set-up and operation of induction brazing equipment to customer specifications including assembly of details at various levels prior to brazing. Brazers are responsible for performing various calibration, measuring, and inspection functions.
